Cell-by-cell changes are shown with the latest version in green, and the previous version crossed out in red. 

New sheets (tabs), rows, or cells are also shown in green. 

We're not able to show row moves yet, so they'll just appear in the summary. 

There may be other changes that don't appear the way you expect them to, or at all. Send us a note at

Upload multiple versions of a workbook to get started.

 Clicking into a workbook will show you all the versions. From there, you can: 

Upload a new version. This will automatically create a summary of the changes from the previous one. 

Click on any summary to see detailed changes. 

Click on "Share" to invite others: Either read-only reviewers, or contributors who can propose changes. 

Clicking on a proposed version will prompt you to keep or discard each change; finishing this review will produce a new version of the workbook, with only the changes you want.
